TOG Ranks
Private (PVT)
New members undergoing a one-month probationary period, subject to extension or removal at a General’s discretion. Privates hold no formal responsibilities, decision-making authority, or recruitment privileges during this phase.
Corporal (CPL)
The starting rank for active members with no specific responsibilities within the organization. Corporals serve as foundational members without recruitment or leadership capacities.
Sergeant (SGT)
A verified member of the organization, responsible for attending at least one game night or meeting per month. Sergeants are required to have a solid understanding of the Code of Conduct and can assist with recruitment only under the supervision of a Lieutenant or higher.
Staff Sergeant (SSG)
A seasoned member with elevated expectations. Staff Sergeants must attend one game night and one meeting monthly and are required to recruit at least one new member per month. They act as reliable participants and advocates of organizational standards.
Lieutenant (LT)
Entry-level leadership role, responsible for recruiting at least four members monthly and hosting at least one game night per month. Lieutenants must attend all meetings and have in-depth knowledge of the Code of Conduct and ranking structure up to General. Capacity for this rank is determined by the General’s discretion (4–8 positions).
Captain (CPT)
Mid-level leadership role requiring attendance at all meetings and hosting two game nights monthly. Captains are expected to demonstrate full mastery of the Code of Conduct and the ranking structure, providing consistent leadership and setting a standard for lower ranks. Limited to four positions per squad.
Major (MAJ)
High-ranking officers who oversee squad meetings and host at least three game nights per month. Majors assist Generals in managing the squad, including helping with member oversight, problem-solving, and operational support. The appointment of Majors is at the General’s discretion.
General (GEN)
Squad leaders responsible for hosting all meetings and at least four game nights monthly. Generals oversee member performance, promotions, and demotions within their squads, while ensuring organizational standards are upheld. They are responsible for training Majors and managing squad productivity. Limited to ten positions per division.
Leader (LED)
Responsible for supervising two squads, training Generals and Majors on effective squad management, and ensuring overall productivity. Leaders handle escalated issues from Generals, using the Chain of Command for resolution if necessary. Limited to five positions per division.
Co-Division Leader (CDL)
Supports the Division Leader by issuing orders and resolving escalated issues from Leaders. They are expected to manage problems following the Chain of Command and consult higher authorities if needed. Limited to three positions per division.
Division Leader (DIV)
Manages a division, handling issues escalated from Leaders and maintaining productivity and cohesion across squads. Division Leaders use the Chain of Command for unresolved issues and serve as the primary point of contact for higher leadership. Limited to one position per division.
Commander (CMD)
Oversees up to four divisions, guiding Division Leaders and Co-Division Leaders on structuring and managing divisions effectively. Commanders relay orders from the Assistant Board Member or Board Member and ensure organizational goals are met at the division level.
Assistant Board Member (ABM): OPEN POSITION
Supports the board by contributing insights, assisting in research, and providing guidance on specific projects or initiatives as needed.
Board Member (BDM): OPEN POSITION
Provides strategic advice, oversight, and governance to ensure the company meets its objectives and adheres to its mission and values.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO): OPEN POSITION
Oversees the company’s financial health, manages budgets, and provides strategic guidance to ensure sustainable growth and financial compliance.
Chief Operations Officer (COO, Acting CEO*): TOG Stratoward
Manages the company’s day-to-day operations and ensures organizational efficiency, while temporarily fulfilling CEO responsibilities to maintain leadership continuity.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO): TOG Demon
Responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company, making high-level decisions, and leading the executive team to achieve organizational goals.
Owner of TOG (Owner): TOG Blackheart
Oversees the overall vision and direction of the company, ensuring its long-term growth and alignment with personal and organizational values.
Additional Chief positions will be introduced as the company expands and its operational needs evolve.
*As of January 20th, 2025, Stratoward is temporarily serving as Acting CEO alongside their role as Chief Operations Officer (COO). This interim responsibility ensures effective leadership during a brief period of organizational adjustment.
